VYOM believes that the need to empower youth for a better tomorrow is connected both to the financial elevation as well as increment of the standard of living. Youth who are part of low income groups face difficulties when it comes to making a choice in their education, career or even choosing their partners. They are faced with financial challenges as well as personal issues on a regular basis. VYOM instils the sense of empowerment so that youth that are trained and guided by us go out and make themselves resourceful and reliable and help more people in hopes of a better world. Hence, we conduct training and capacity building, in areas such as leadership, advocacy, gender awareness, and communication and life skills. VYOM utilizes young people’s potential as agents of change and promote youth-focused and youth-led development. Thereby , empowering, strengthening and including youth in various work helps us to reduce unemployment, addiction and wasting of time This will lead to a better society, a better country, a better world.
