VYOM is the result of few friends professionally well placed who are passionate to take initiatives to bring in few changes in our society with focus on underprivileged and disable children, health, education, women and girl empowerment, protect environment and corporate social responsibility and Volunteerism.
MISSION :
Our mission is to actively serve the people of Baroda by building permanent charitable capital and providing services that contribute to the health, education, women and girl empowerment, protect environment and mobilize activities as corporate social responsibility and building peacefully communities in and around the city.
CORE VALUES :
Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or an organization; they are the guiding principles that dictate behavior and action. Core values can help people differentiate what is right from wrong, they can help organization to determine if they are on the right path. There are many different cores values however as VYOM will start from below, TIPPC is what we believe in.
Transparency :
We believe, that a successful and a trusted organization it is necessary to build confidence among our people and with whom we are associated with.
Transparency offers visibility into the functions, it is articulated and practiced through a well defined process, helps building and retaining the brand image of the organization.
Innovative :
We believe that Innovative people see things in more than one way, they are self- directed and self started, they tend to initiate a better idea by doing things differently, as adding new lifeline to those that already exist. Our endeavor is to promote innovation and to use these initiatives to create a work environment that stimulates the volunteers and staff to be more innovative.
People Centric :
We believe, People Centric approach is a new and enlightened way to run any organization effectively in today’s competitive and complex world. It helps to recognize individual strength and basic skills set. It enhances growth and progress of any organization.
Passion :
We believe Passion is a deep internal drive of behavior that distinguishes good leader; it is the energy that comes from brining more of you into what you do. A simple approach that is within one’s heart is to go beyond what you love and ask why you love it.
Change Management :
Change management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation and above all consultation with and involvement of the people affected by the changes. It needs to be understood and managed in a way that people can cope effectively with it. Change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. Below points should be carefully thought of before proposing.
What do we want to achieve with the change? Why and how will we know that the change has been achieved? Who is affected by this change and how will they react to it?
