WAGO in association with VYOM, inaugurated the newly transformed Government ITI at Karjan
This project is about facilitating better quality education to students studying in ITI, providing higher standard of infrastructure in classes and better study materials. Providing the student with necessary instruments & equipment’s The project will benefit the Students and teachers in various trades, and we expect more enrolment of children after having seen such good facilities.
Key interventions included refurbishment of classrooms & corridors, creating computer lab and all-purpose hall with new computers projectors screens ect. Creation of space for parents and students corners .Providing various instrument according to the need of the trade. Students have been given individual accessories files. The stimulating environment is sure to lead the increase in student enrolment and retention
This inauguration was conducted in presence of Alok Kishore CEO Wago, Paramjit Nagpal Head HR and Admin along with Ms Dolcy Simon Managing Trustee VYOM as well as dignitaries of the nearby areas .The ITI administration and students of various trades participated actively in this inauguration ceremony.
Wago with the help of VYOM took up these initiatives to expand quality training in the small town and is interested in designing innovative business models that create livelihood for them, Wago by supporting Govt. Industrial training Institute under its CSR program feels the students will get better exposure and help them to be ready for jobs in industry.
